Although we offer free electronic technical support with our products and keep our web site current with updates and technical information, you may feel you need more ‘hands on’ assistance.  For this we offer premium support at an hourly rate.  (We usually can resolve most issues in one hour.) 
Premium Support should not be your first option.  Please contact us first to try to help you for free.




  • Help with installing the software
  • Troubleshooting (making the software run on your computer)
  • Help with moving your data from an older computer (with our software installed) to a newer one
  • Help with restoring your data from a backup


Please first contact technical support to determine if your issue can be solved without the need for premium support.  After you purchase premium support a team member will contact you to set up an appointment to connect to your computer.  This is an online only support option.  Team members will communicate with you via e-mails and through a connection to your pc.  We use a secure connection that only works for one session.  You will be able to watch everything and we will keep you updated on what’s going on.  We’re able to resolve 95% of the issues.  We cannot, however, help you with networking issues.  You'll need your network administrator for that.  Before we can begin, all minimum system requirements must be met (including operating system service packs).
